Fair Harbor

Fair Harbor, a family community of 360 homes, is known for its sunsets on the dock where kids sell cupcakes, adults have cocktails, and locals play music. Its downtown area includes Pioneer Market, Corliss Bike & Supply, a liquor store, Le Dock restaurant, a pizzeria and Unfriendly’s Ice Cream Store. Fair Harbor prides itself on its EMS and Volunteer Fire Department, which serves the surrounding areas, including Dunewood and Lonelyville. It also has an active community association that offers extra community services, including a bay beach swim area, movie nights for kids, and a barbeque.
