Seaview

Seaview is a private residential family community that grew out of a fish-processing business area in the late 19th century. Today, with 368 homes and a family-owned market, liquor store, and nursery, it is a quiet community nestled between Ocean Bay Park and the Village of Ocean Beach. Unlike other communities, the Seaview Association runs a licensed year-round Water Company servicing all its residents, owns and maintains its private walks, 55-slip seasonal boat basin, ocean beaches with its own lifeguards, children’s playground, lifeguarded bay swimming area and wading pool, six well-maintained tennis courts, ballfield, memorial park, and other common areas for their residents.
